A flea market in the Wedding district of Berlin shortly after German reunification in May 1992 — meat and drink for Gerd Rohling (* 1946), one of the great loners of the contemporary art scene, who lives in Wedding. With his artistic interventions in this “non-place” beyond chic Berlin, for two days he
creates a truly social sculpture, filled with irony and bite. This multi-part installation is now on show in a museum for the first time
