Animals that no one has yet heard
Animals that no one has yet heard
11/04 — 15/06/2025

At the MdbK, sighted, visually impaired and blind pupils from the Vladimir Filatov School and the Protestant School Centre created animal sculptures on six workshop dates. They worked with sculptures from the MdbK collection and developed animals that do not yet exist. The aim was to create works of art that are not just something to look at, but can also be felt and heard. These can now be experienced as a presentation with a guidance system on the Studio Terrace.
"Animals that no one has yet heard" is part of the ZusammenKUNST project run by Diakonie Sachsen. Its aim is to invite people with different backgrounds to create art together. At nine locations in Saxony, artworks are being created in public spaces that address the issue of living together as equals.
